Q: Do I need to create an account?

A: You do not need to create an account with ShopTheComposers.com in order to purchase through our site. All we need is your name and your email address. You have the option to create an account with Paypal, but you can also opt for express payment without creating an account with them.

Q: What is PayPal?

A: PayPal is the most widely used payment method on the internet.  You can purchase charts on ShopTheComposers.com with PayPal paying via credit card, debit card, money orders, and more.
Paypal gives you the option of creating an account with them, which is helpful if you use it more frequently.  You an also use express check out without having to create an account.
The seller pays any costs associated with transactions so you'll incur no costs except for the item itself.

Q: What happens with my email address?

A: We need your email address to send you the link where you can download your purchased charts. We’ll also send the receipt to the email address you provide. You will not receive anything else to this address, unless you sign up for our newsletter. In no case we will share your address with any third party!

Q: Can I share my download link with others?

A: Our charts are protected by international coypright laws and you are not allowed to share them with others. The download link you receive from us is active for 12 hours so you can retry to download the files should you encounter any difficulties. We apply to your honesty not to misuse the link.

Q: Are These Charts Legal?

A: Yes! Every chart that we offer is either an original composition authorized by the composers for sale on ShopTheComposers.com or if it is an arrangement or re-composition of an existing piece, we got the authorization to do so and to sell the chart from the copyright holder. (Usually royalties are to the copyright holder for every copy that is sold). If you have any questions concerning these charts and copyright issues, we encourage you to contact the copyright holder (usually the publisher of a song) and ask them to verify that permission has been granted.)
